Football grip socks use silicone grip elements under the foot to help reduce unwanted movement inside football boots. RTMO Grip Socks are designed specifically for female footballers.

The biggest difference is the fit. Men’s and women’s feet are different in shape and width, but most football grip socks are made with a unisex (or simply men’s) fit. This makes the sock fit too loose or bunch up on women’s feet, causing movement and friction inside your boots. RTMO Grip Socks are designed specifically for women’s feet, giving you a closer, more secure fit. Combined with strong grip and premium quality materials, they’re made to perform and last, training after training and match after match.

They can help your foot feel more secure inside the boot by reducing slipping. They do not replace a correctly fitting football boot.

Choose the size range that includes your usual football boot size. RTMO Grip Socks are currently available in EU 36–41 and EU 42–46.

Yes. They should feel snug and secure without feeling restrictive. A close fit helps keep the sock and grip in place.

Yes. Grip socks can be worn with different types of football boots, as long as the boots themselves fit you correctly.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, turn them inside out and air dry naturally.

No. High heat can affect the elasticity, fit and grip elements. Air drying is best.

We recommend avoiding fabric softener because it can affect technical fibres and grip performance.

It depends on how often you play and how you care for them. Avoid high heat, fabric softener and walking on rough surfaces without shoes to help extend their life.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Busy periods and launches can take a little longer.

When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order has been dispatched.

Eligible items can be returned in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Please check the return conditions before sending anything back.

Not currently. Return an eligible item and place a new order for the size you need.

Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need several business days to process it.
