Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your RTMO FOOTBALL order. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Free from signs of wear, washing, dirt, odours or damage
For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or tried on directly on the foot cannot be returned.
To request a return, please contact us at [your email address] and include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Return shipping
Unless your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. RTMO FOOTBALL cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost during shipping.
Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the order was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@rtmofootball.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, you can return the eligible item and place a new order.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason.
The product must be returned in its original condition. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply where permitted by law, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.
